Historical Restoration

This is a project I have been working on over an extended period of time. A lovely couple bought a historic home in the St. Paul, MN determined to restore it to it’s historical beauty. Being Historic Preservationist, the couple found original photos of the their historic Clarence H. Johnston Home. Honer Stained Glass was able to fabricate new windows to replicate the historic photographs. We were determined to get every detail correct, and even made our own restoration glass to match the existing glass in the house. Custom Rosettes were also created based on other existing windows in the home. Honer Stained Glass prides itself on capturing the smallest details in our Historic Preservation work. We are pleased with the results from these commissioned stained glass panels.
